BRIEF LEGAL:  The South Half (S/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) and the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) Less ROW all in Section 2, Township 21 South, Range 4 East in Marion County, Kansas containing approx. 230.04 acres.
