Pursuant to the orders of Licking County Probate Court in Case Nos. 201500597A and 20150463A, I will offer for sale at public auction on October 27,at 5:00 P.M., on the premises, the real estate located at and commonly known as 14 Western Avenue, Newark, OH:


Situated in the County of Licking, State of Ohio, and City of Newark, and is further described as follows:

PARCEL 1: Being a part of Inlot #1817 in A. Flory’s Second Addition to the City of Newark as the same is designated and delineated on the Revised Plat of said Addition recorded in Volume 2, page 263 of the Plat Records of Licking County, Ohio, said part being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot #1817; thence south along the west line of said Lot #1817, 70 feet to a point; thence east on a line parallel with the north line of said Lot #1817, 3 feet to a point; thence north on a line parallel with the West line of Lot #1817, 70 feet to the north line of said Lot; thence west along said North line 3 feet to the place of beginning.

PARCEL 2: Being the east one-half of Inlot #1818 in A. Flory’s Second Addition to the City of Newark, Ohio, being 26 feet front, as will appear, reference being given to the Revised Plat of said Addition, duly recorded in Volume 2 of Plats on page 263.
