how do you get logged in and register for a sale
yes the sale has to register you also..but AZ has never worked correctly if at ALL

emailed ...called they act like Az is the step child....click here click there ,should work, download X...changes ALL settings still doesnt work...ok have a nice day....

thousands of online wins with other sites...at least 80% user friendly and they get you going or dont leave

Can you work with the sale directly ?

Or do you have to bid through AZ? - the only way I know is to make sure your AZ account is active and working. Then go into AZ website and look for the auction you want, bring it up and "Register" for that sale through its description that "should" appear. I wish I had better advice but that's the best I can do.

Hate to say it but AZ "is" a "step child." The old AZ was bought out some years ago by a company called ArtFact which in turn was either merged or bought out. They are now either Invaluable or owned by Invaluable. I do not know the particulars.

I have not had any trouble using their live auction functions but I hear you. I have given up asking CS anything.
