I sent a check to a (Auction house name removed as per forum rules) and never got my merchandice. Any suggestions?

Call the bank, see if the check has been cashed.

Then if you haven't already followed Mr Barrett's above advice, call the auction house directly and ask.

No one on this Forum can help you with an individual transaction made between you and the auction house involved. We are not privy to their business.

I am going to guess that it is just that it's really a bit soon after the sale to expect everything to have been sorted out and shipped. They will have had hundreds of lots and dozens of buyers to have to deal with. (They also may be waiting for your check to clear ? )

Good points from Jane.

I never ship anything until the check clears and at my bank that can take up to three weeks.

I also make sure the bidder is aware of my policies before ever accepting an absentee bid.
