For payment with Cash, Check, or Money Order, a 20% Buyer's Premium will be added to the hammer price of each item or lot. This INCLUDES the 5% online fee charged by AuctionZip.
1. PayPal Payment - 3% processing fee added to final invoice.
2. Credit Card (square) over the phone - 4% processing fee added to final invoice.
Catamount Auctions is not held liable for any on-line bidding glitches, mistakes, power outages, etc. If you bid and your bid is accepted, you have legal bound yourself to purchasing that item until if/when you are outbid.

Shipping Terms
Auction Shipping & Handling Info
Whenever possible shipping is handled in house - All items are available for pick-up by appointment - Shipping & Handling will start at $10 PER LOT, and increases based on size, weight, and destination. Combined shipping is available for some items at Catamount Auctions discretion. Insurance will be added in $50 dollar increments at the buyers expensive. For large, fragile, etc. items - a initial invoice will be sent for the items and buyer's premium (and tax when applicable), once paid, the item(s) will be packed and a second invoice with shipping & handling will be sent. Some items may need to be brought to a third party shipper - UPS - for packing and shipping, and the buyer will be responsible for making payment prior to delivery by Catamount Auctions. ANY questions in regards to shipping should be asked PRIOR to start of auction. When indicated in listing - items are LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY!
All shipping is facilitated 'In House' as a courtesy to our customers, via USPS (First Class or Priority) or UPS. Any item that Catamount Auctions believe is too large/heavy to ship, very fragile, or for any other unforeseen reason, will be available for local pick-up only. Shipping & handling charges will be added to invoices. Purchaser is responsible for any & all costs of shipping (i.e. labor, materials, insurance, actual shipping costs, etc.). All insurance on shipped items is through the shipper/carrier - Catamount Auction Co., LLC is not responsible for any damages, loss, delays in shipping, etc. - All claims must be made to the shipper or carrier used for shipping. Catamount Auction Co., LLC will assist in placing a claim but assumes no responsibility for payment or denial of payment of claims.

You will have/will receive a invoice attached to an email that will come directly from Catamount Auction Co., LLC. If you would like to make a check payment please pay the total on that invoice, and please notify us that you are sending a check. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Shipping is handled in the order in which payment is received (first paid, first out basis). Items may be picked up by appointment. Catamount Auction Co., LLC, its auctioneers, or employees will not be liable for any injury, damage or loss incurred in conjunction with this sale. Any items left at Catamount Auction Co., LLC or its premises after the sale date will be left solely at the risk & responsibility of the purchaser. Catamount Auction Co., LLC will assume no liability for theft, damage or loss of any items.
HANDLING FEE: All shipments will have a handling fee added to the cost of shipping. This includes, but is not limited to, labor, packing material, transport, etc.
Combined shipping is an option - but at Catamount Auction Co.'s discretion. Any shipping or handling fees are non-negotiable. PLEASE, be aware of these added expenses when placing your bids.
Buyers Premium - Read Carefully

Any legal disputes arising from this auction shall be settled in the State of Massachusetts in the courts of Franklin County.

Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% will be charged to any purchase that is shipped within the state of Massachusetts (unless a tax identification number is on file).
