Conditions of Sale

No Shipping Except for Lot 85....items that will not be shipped, it is Buyer's sole responsibility to remove Buyer's purchased items. You are expected to have personally inspected any lot prior to bidding. The facility will be open for inspection on Wed Feb. 3 through Fri.Feb 5.& Mon. Feb 7 through Friday February 12 from 9 AM to 4 PM. Inspection Sat. Feb. 6 by appointment. For items that are shipped, there will be $10 per box plus the cost of shipping fee. Make sure that you have inspected the Lots prior to bidding. The facility will be open for paying and pickup of purchased items from 9 A.M. until 4 P.M. on Monday Feb 15 Through Wed. Feb 17 or evenings during that time period by appointment....All Payments will be Run Through Gorrell Bros. If you are the winning biider you will need to contact Gorrell Bros. for Payment Arrangements, Pickup, or SHipping...Please call or email with questions
