All sales are final. The condition is noted as best as we know and have noted in the auction. All items to be picked up on the date and time noted, (unless other arrangements have been made at least one day prior to the close of the auction)..

Shipping Terms

There is no shipping available, unless scheduled at least 1 day prior to the close of the auction. We do not ship any furniture, paintings or large items any time. The location for pickkup for this auction is in Waterloo, NY, and the address will be given to the high bidder.
