East Fork Guns & Collectibles Co. You are invited to inspect the items you are interested in.
All items to be sold as shown with all faults , imperfections, and errors of description. Purchasers are to satisfy themselves as to condition of lots BEFORE bidding. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfections not noted. No deductions will be allowed on damaged items as all being exposed for public exhibition as sold "As Is" and without recourse.
The Auction Company will never knowingly misrepresent any item: therefore we suggest you listen closely to any and all descriptions made by its representative.
All merchandise in this auction will be sold in "AS IS , WHERE IS" condition. All items have been described to the best of the auction company's ability. However, no guarantees as to Origin or Authenticity shall be given either written or verbally by auction company.
No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from premises.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. *** ALL WINNING BIDDERS, WE WILL REQUIRE A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE***

Payment Terms

Payment arrangements must be made within 48 hours. Payment methods (Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check, Money Order)

Shipping Terms

PACKING & SHIPPING: There will be a $10.00 packing charge on all purchases plus shipping charges and insurance. Pick up is also available. All FFL rules still apply. Winning bid items must be picked up within 14 calendar days following the auction or the buyer will be responsible for any & all charges associated with back ground checks, storage and/or the resale of your purchase.
