Victor IV disc phonograph with wood horn. This attractive machine has its original brown mahogany finish. However it has been heavily varnished over some time ago. The cabinet has all of its original corner columns and is in other wise good condition with a few minor scrapes and scratches here and there. See photos. Has exhibition reproducer with an interesting after market volume control mounted between the reproducer and back flange. The tone arm has its original nickel plating in average condition with some wear as well as two minor dents near the back. Has original horn elbow and hold down hardware in average condition with the usual wear. The back bracket has its original black paint and pinstripes. In average condition with some chips and scrapes. It appears to have been clear coated. It includes the original winding crank and bullet break. The crank escutcheon is missing its center bushing. Motor winds and runs. Has original Victor 21.5" diameter and by 24" long mahogany spear point horn in fair condition. The horn has its original finish and decal, however appears to have been varnished over and rubbed out. It also has a sloppy crack repair on the underside, mostly visible from outside. The original decal has some wear with approximately 80% remaining. See photos. The coupler at the small end of the horn is in place, however its a bit loose and rotates.

Shipping

Shipping and Pickup Terms: Donley Auctions will provide shipping for smaller items that can ship through USPS, FedEx or UPS. Please allow 2-3 weeks after the item is paid for to be properly packed. You will be emailed an invoice for the cost for shipping and handling within this time frame. Your item will ship once the shipping and handling fee is paid in full and a tracking number will be sent.

Oversized items will require 3rd party transport services. Donley Auctions does not have its own in-house transport or crating services. Upon request, a list of transporters and/or crating companies or will be provided or you may use your own preferred transporter.

Pickup: Donley Auctions will automatically pack all items unless notified at the time of payment that items will be picked up at the auction house. Arrangements for pick up must be made within 14 business days. Any items left over this period, will incur a storage charge of $20 per day unless prior arrangements have been made. After 30 days items that have not been picked up will be considered abandoned and sold to recover expenses.

International Shipping: Donley Auctions will ship items internationally IF the items are small enough to ship through UPS or FedEx. No item can ship internationally through USPS or FedEx if it sold for over $2,499 (Item value). Items exceeding the value of $2,499 will be required to ship internationally through a broker. Donley Auctions does not have an in-house broker. Please make your own arrangements with a broker if the item value exceeds $2,499. Items too large to ship internationally via USPS or FedEX will require a transport company and/or crating. Donley Auctions does not have its own in-house transport or crating services. They can provide a list of transporters and/or crating companies upon request, or you may use your preferred transporter.
