By bidding on our auction, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and buyer agreement below, please read prior to bidding.
The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 2 days from the end of the auction.
While all care is taken to properly describe every item, any error in the item detail, such as Artist, materials, medium or originality is unintentional and we are not responsible. The items in this auction are in "as is" condition at the time of the auction.
You are responsible to read the terms, read both the Item description and view the photographs provided prior to placing a bid online. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Any accessories or props in the photos that are not included in the item description are not in the Auction.
Notwithstanding that a Winning Bidder may have been notified of their placement of the Winners Bid Amount, we may at our sole discretion choose to withdraw and not proceed with completion of the sale of the item in circumstances including (but not limited to) where:
a) You have not been contacted directly by AuctionZip via email to confirm you are the winning bidder
b) if the Winning Bidder fails to make payment by credit card within 2 working days of the Winning Bidder placing the Winning bid amount. If payment is not received, the credit card on file will be charged or goods will be resold.
c) There is a technical malfunction with the website out of our control,
d) We reserve the right to determine whether or not your conduct is consistent with the spirit and the letter of these terms and conditions and may, at our sole discretion, immediately terminate your Account and use of the Service if your conduct is deemed by us to be inconsistent with these terms and conditions.
e) We are unable to contact the Winning Bidder for any reason.
The Auction and vendor(Auctionzip) reserve the following rights (which may be exercised by ISAYSOLD Auction Services without giving any reason)
To not offer for sale any item described in the auction,
To withdraw completely any item or items from auction ,
To refuse to accept the bidding of any person or persons;
To refuse a person or persons admission to, or ban them entirely from the auction site
To not disclose the reserve price of an item prior to the close of bidding or withdrawal of the item .
ITEM CONDITION
We will describe the items to the best of our ability. All items will be offered in "AS IS" condition. No further warranties, authentication, degree of completeness, construction, or guarantee of condition is implied. All sales are final. Be confident before you bid, and be sure that you can pick you items up in the allotted time frame.
PAYMENT
We will accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover CREDIT & DEBIT cards, WePay & PayPal as payment online. CASH and Arkansas checks w/ proper photo I.D. will be accepted at pick up. A 5% Auctionzip online platform fee will apply. By registering with our auction company, you agree to NOT reverse any credit card charges once merchandise has been delivered.
Once your payment has been received and processed, items will be released.

We do not charge a buyers premium other than the 5% required by AuctionZip.
Please have a valid phone number and email address so we can contact you. It is your responsibility to have the CORRECT contact info on file. If we can't get in touch with you, we will resell your items regardless of payment status. All items must be removed by Sunday 8-29 @ 4pm or considered abandoned regardless of payment status.
PICK-UP & SHIPPING TERMS
A Handling fee of $5.00 per item will be charged for delivering small items to our 3rd party shipper. You must make arrangements for shipping of larger items. We will bill you for the handling fee separately from the original Hammer Price plus 5% fee invoice. We will bundle small items ONLY for the $5.00 handing fee. Shipping fees will be charged by Wrap Right Packaging, so be sure your credit card & contact info are correct. ISAYSOLD Auction Services is not responsible for any delay or damage in shipping by the 3rd party.
You can pick up items at 909 E. 55th Place, North Little Rock Ar., 72116. Call John Saugey at 501-258-4400 to make a private appointment if you prefer, or Public pick-up hours are Friday 8-27 from 1-4 pm and 10am - 2pm Saturday 8-28. All items MUST be removed by Sunday @ 4pm or considered abandoned regardless of payment status unless arrangements are made with John Saugey. Please pick up in a timely manner. Bring you own wrapping materials, totes & boxes, and help to move furniture. Dollies, straps, blankets, etc.
. There are no additional costs if you are picking up goods. No items will be released until paid in full. You must show a paid receipt before items will be released. If a 3rd party comes to pick up, a paid receipt is required. ISAYSOLD Auction Services is not responsible for items after being picked up by a 3rd party.
