Conditions of Sale
All items sold as-is, where is, with no warranty. All condition statements given as a courtesy only and returns are not accepted on basis of condition, originality, or authenticity. If you are unsure about any lots offered in this sale please call for a condition report at least 48 hours prior to the auction: 203-630-1400. Payment for all auction items is due within 5 days of auction close. Please read our shipping terms and conditions for each lot carefully. All purchases are subject to a Connecticut sales tax of 6.35% unless a valid resale certificate has been filed with Nest Egg Auctions. Please note that this is an online auction with multiple bid sources. Occasionally these multiple bid sources result in a tie bid. Our recommendation to avoid this problem is to bid higher and bid faster. The auctioneer reserves the right to decide the winning bidder in the event of a tie.
Shipping Terms
Pickup is available in person and will be scheduled in 30 minute increments during normal business hours. Winning bidders will receive a scheduling link. All Required Social Distancing measures will be in place. If you are not picking up in person, shipping arrangements and fees are at the buyers expense. You are strongly
advised to obtain a shipping quote at least 48 hours prior to the auction.

Nest Egg Auctions does not offer storage and all winning items must be removed, shipped or
delivered ASAP. We understand that some of the items in this auction may take longer to arrange pickup and shipping, however you must be in contact with us within 14 days of auction end. Any lots that left longer than 14
days may be forfeit unless prior arrangements are made in writing. If your
item will be picked up by outside courier or alternate shipper, please let
us know.
Payment
Payment is due within 5 days of auction sale date unless an in-person pickup is scheduled. Nest Egg Auctions accepts payment by cash, check, wire transfer, and all forms of credit cards. The fastest and (currently recommended) method of payment is by credit card through our online payment portal. We do not accept payment by credit card over the phone. Invoices are sent by e-mail within two business days after the auction. Please note that first time and out-of-state checks require clearance prior to the release of merchandise. Additionally, high value and restricted items may require additional clearance time regardless of payment method.
