By registering on, and/or bidding on an item through, our website (www.vintageauctionsonline.com) (a Website) you confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
In order to bid you must register online only through a website.
In accordance with the U.C.C. all auctions are considered to be reserved unless advertised as absolute, and during any reserve auction, the auctioneer may accept bids from the seller or an agent of the seller.
Items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" with no guarantees of any kind and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNED ITEMS. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factors by the title and description information along with the photographs provided. Vintage Auctions Online will attempt to describe the merchandise in the descriptions and photographs but makes no representations. All coins are guaranteed authentic however Grade is subject to individual views and is not guaranteed. In no event shall Vintage Auctions Online be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value & condition. Vintage Auctions Online cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions in that the description of the merchandise is provided by the consignor.
When bids are made, all sales are final and No Returns are accepted for any reason. Should an item be damaged in shipping, the buyer will have purchased insurance to cover said loss and collect from the insurance carrier direct.
Under no circumstances will the Bidder hold Vintage Auctions Online, Connoisseur, or its agents responsible for any problem created by the internet auction provider.
Bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. Once you have won the bid you have entered a contract and will be expected to pay for the item.
Contested bids will be opened back up to the last two bidders.
The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel is in the best interest of their clients, the seller.
All announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over printed matter.
Vintage Auctions Online is providing internet bidding with the option of placing online pre-bids. This is an online only Auction and bidders need to be registered to bid in order to participate in our auctions.

***BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2023 we will no longer accept credit or debit cards as a form of payment for gold items won in our auction***

Checks make payable to Vintage Auctions Online. (Must Clear before Shipping),
Money Orders, Certified / Cashier Checks.
You will need to register with your credit card. To use a Credit Card you will need to call with your credit card information.
Bank wire transfers can be arranged by contacting our office. YOU NEED TO USE PAYPAL or CALL US WITH A FORM OF PAYMENT! You can reach our office Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30 EST. 419-615-1210. State taxes apply for residents of OHIO (7%) when applicable.
After payment is processed and secured, your purchase(s) will be shipped within 48 hours or as soon as possible depending on the day of the week the auction concludes.

Sales $51 to $100 $13.00 (USPS Mail)
Sales $101 to $499 $20.00 (Priority Mail )
Over $500 $25.00 (Priority Mail)
$5000 and Up $30.00 (Priority Mail, Signature Required)
All Packages Over $100 Insured Shipping. Any packages over $1,000 will be shipped signature required.
Packages being shipped to the West Coast may require an additional shipping surcharge of $5.00.
Oversized items will be shipped at EXACT shipping cost. Any item requiring exact shipping will be weighed, measured, and packaged for best shipping rates upon winning of your won lots.
Shipping costs are included on your final invoice.
Above rates apply to each individual auction. We will not combine shipping for multiple auction dates!

Over $400 International Priority Mail at Cost
All Packages Over $100 Insured Shipping
Above rates apply to each individual auction. We will not combine shipping for multiple invoices!
PLEASE NOTE: Bidders have 90 days to report to Vintage Auctions about any lost or damaged packages. A claim will be filed and bidder will be reimbursed. After 90 days, the insurance coverage window will be closed and Vintage Auctions will no longer be responsible for the loss nor required to reimburse the bidder.
