Conditions of Sale
All items being auctioned are sold AS IS WHERE IS! There are no refunds, guarantees, or warranties implied. We are a secondary marketplace. While there are some amazing deals, some items may be overstocks or returns (such as Amazon). Items may also be new used, perfect or broken. We share what we know about each item. We do not accept return, exchanges, and we do not do refunds. It is your responsibility to preview items!
Payments
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Paypal. We offer a 3% discount for those paying in cash within four days after the auction.
Bidder may be charged 2 days after an invoice has been sent (with credit card on file through Invaluable/Auction Zip).
Payments must be made within FIVE (5) days after the auction and items must be picked up within TEN (10) days after the auction.
Shipping Terms
An invoice will be sent to you after the auction is completed. Please pay for the items you won, then we will pack your items and send you another invoice for the shipping cost. If you have a credit card on file with us (California Auction Company), the card will be charged. You can put a card on file by contacting us at (209) 464-2100. Otherwise, we will email shipping invoices via Paypal or Square.
Taxes
Invaluable/Auction Zip will be charging all winners sales tax. This will vary by state and areas within some states. For questions on sales tax, please call Auction Zip at 1-617-746-9600.
