International bidders WILL NOT be accepted for this auction.

NOTICE: All sales of firearms are subject to applicable jurisdictional law, including but not necessarily restricted to the successful completion of an NICS background check administered by Vogt Auction Galleries. A $20 fee per buyer will be charged for the background check for up to 3 individual firearms per auction; an additional $5 will be charged for each additional firearm over 3. Texas residents holding a valid Texas License to Carry may bypass this background check. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure the firearm is legal in their jurisdiction before bidding. All transfers are subject to the sole discretion of Vogt Auction Galleries. Nationwide in-house shipping is available on this item. All firearms purchased by out-of-state (non-Texan) buyers must be shipped directly to an FFL in their local area/applicable jurisdiction. PURCHASES:
Auction purchases must be paid for within seven (7) days of the date of the sale. Invoices will be emailed to each buyer including a written description and hammer price of each purchase as well as any applicable buyer's premium and tax. Texas residents are charged at our local San Antonio sales tax rate unless we are provided a copy of a valid Texas state resale certificate. Out of state residents are generally not charged Texas sales tax.

ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS", RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED. THE CONSIGNOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO ANY PROPERTY OFFERED FOR SALE, SINCE THE AUCTIONEER IS ACTING SOLELY AS AN AUCTION BROKER, AND, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, DOES NOT OWN THE PROPERTY OFFERED FOR SALE. THEREFORE, THE AUCTIONEER MAKES NO WARRANTY OF TITLE, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY. Condition reports are available upon request; unless noted, items are not inspected out of their frames; condition of frames are available upon request. THERE WILL BE A 20% BUYERS PREMIUM APPLIED TO ALL SALES PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 5% FOR ONLINE BIDS. ALL DEALERS MUST PRESENT A TEXAS RESALE CERTIFICATE PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF A BIDDERS CARD FOR TAX EXEMPTION, OR TEXAS SALES TAX WILL BE APPLIED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS, OTHER THAN OUT OF STATE PURCHASES.

Premium

There will be a buyer's premium of 20% for all in-house, absentee and telephone bidding added to the hammer price of each lot. There will be a further 5% surcharge for online bids.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

- Credit cards (NOT accepted for purchases >$5,000 without prior approval) (2.8% convenience fee)
- Personal checks / certified checks (funds must clear bank before purchases are released)
- Wire transfers
- Money orders

NON-PAYMENT:
By Texas law a winning auction bidder automatically enters into a legal and binding purchase contract with the auction house. In the rare case when a successful bidder fails to pay for their purchases within the time period allowed Vogt Auction will pursue available legal steps to protect its interests and may block the bidder from future auction participation. Reasonable interest and storage fees may also be added to past due invoices.
