By submitting your bid, you agree that:
• You have read and agree with the Auctioneer Terms and Conditions below and the Invaluable Terms of Use Agreement
• You agree to pay a buyer's premium of up to 5% and any applicable taxes and shipping.

SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS:
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. All items will be available for online inspection prior to sale. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to carefully inspect and determine condition, age, value, and any other determinative factor. Online and off-site bidders understand and acknowledge that they are limited to the images and descriptions given for their inspection, and any requests for additional information MUST be submitted at least 48 hours before auction begins. Auction house reserves the right to change, alter, or remove a listing at any time before the start of an auction regardless if bids have been placed on the item. The Ross Art Group, Inc. will not be responsible for omissions or errors in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. No statement made in any advertising or informational materials for auction, nor made orally or online is intended to be a warranty or guarantee of the age, condition, quality, provenance or origin of any item offered for sale.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. Buyer accepts responsibility for examining any item offered for sale, investigating its background and informing himself/herself of these matters necessary to evaluate the item as a potential purchase. Buyer holds harmless and also acknowledges that The Ross Art Group, Inc and their employees have not made any representations upon which Buyer is relying. Absentee and online bids are accepted. The Ross Art Group, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction. **Low and High estimates are for the auctioneers use only; customers should not use this figure as a true determination of value, or confuse an estimate with an appraisal. Appraisals are only available on items that are listed as coming with an appraisal. Any questions should be forwarded to the auction house before placing bids. All in house selling follow the same regulations as in terms and conditions. If you have any type of problems with funds or item, Including: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or anything similar, please contact the auction house.
Provenances are included in the catalog to the extent they are available. Estimates, Description and Condition are included with each lot. The Ross Art Group, Inc. will answer to the fullest extent possible any reasonable question. The auctioneer may make corrections and provide additional information as available 48 hours prior to the starting time of the auction. A note about reserves: Most lots in our sale have a minimum reserve selling price, which is usually higher than the starting bid. If you'd like to place an absentee bid, we recommend making it above the starting bid amount. Provided your absentee bid meets our reserve, and there are no higher bidders, you will win the lot.
PAYMENT TERMS
Major credit cards, wire transfer, money order, and PayPal payments are accepted. Bank wires are accepted with prior authorization from the auction house. Merchandise will not be released until payment is cleared. Payment is expected within 48 hours after concluding auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future auctions. The Ross Art Group, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction.
The Ross Art Group, Inc. is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against The Ross Art Group, Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction, The Ross Art Group, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the INVALUABLE feature (pre bids) and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. The Ross Art Group, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction at any time. If you did not receive an invoice that means that you were not the winning bidder. Bidder cards may be charged 4 days after an invoice has been sent
BINDING AGREEMENT

BY SIGNING UP AS A BIDDER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AUCTION HOUSE, AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. Payment is expected and all accounts must be settled within 48 hours after concluding auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. THE WINNING BIDDER OF ANY LIVE AUCTION HAS HEREBY ENTERED INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT, AS THE BUYER, TO PURCHASE THE AUCTIONED ITEM. BUYER IS FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE. WINNING BIDDER IS DETERMINED SOLELY THROUGH INVOICING FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE AUCTION. AUCTION HOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND/OR CORRECT RESULTS OF THE AUCTION BEFORE INVOICES ARE SENT, BUT CAN NOT INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF ANY BIDS UNLESS IT IS REQUESTED IN WRITING BY THE BIDDER. IN THE EVENT OF NON-PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED ITEM, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL COLLECTION AND LEGAL FEES IN ADDITION TO THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM. THERE IS A 30% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL ACCEPTED RETURNS FOR ANY REASON, NO EXCEPTIONS. ACCEPTANCE OF A RETURN AND THE TERMS OF A RETURN WILL BE DETERMINED SOLELY BY AUCTION HOUSE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, AND AUCTION HOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL RETURN REQUESTS. BUYERS THAT ARE SENT TO COLLECTIONS MUST PAY THE COLLECTION AGENCY DIRECTLY; AUCTION HOUSE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS AFTER INVOICE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO COLLECTIONS. ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND ADDITIONAL TAXES, IF ANY - NO EXCEPTIONS. Under no circumstances shall The Ross Art Group, Inc., or its employees, be held responsible or have any claims made against them for failure of anyone's internet service or technical or software problems during live auction. The Ross Art Group, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. The Ross Art Group, Inc. is not responsible for any bids placed "accidentally" or by "mistake" from any source. Bidders that wish to be certain their bids are acknowledged should leave their maximum bid up to 24 hours in advance.

TAXES
Florida Sales Tax will be added to your invoice if your order will be shipped to an address within Florida. If you are located outside of Florida, no sales tax will be applied. Buyer is responsible for all VAT and import fees as outlined in our shipping notes.
Shipping Terms
The Ross Art Group offers complete In-House Shipping, which the buyer will be billed directly for. The Ross Art Group, Inc. must be given the correct shipping address to ensure your package is delivered to the right address. Please note that we are not able to ship to a PO Box. The Ross Art Group, Inc. will not be held responsible in the event that damage occurs to merchandise or for any lost deliveries. Shipment information such as a tracking number will be provided once the item is packed and ready to ship. It is up to The Ross Art Group to decide which method of shipment to use. Generally, we ship within the United States and Canada via UPS Ground with a signature required. We use UPS Express or Federal Express Int'l Priority to ship to all other points around the globe.
