All items are sold AS-IS in all respects unless noted. Cash/Cashier's Check/Ohio Check (if known by Auction Staff) for Onsite/Phone Bidding. Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard are accepted for Online Bidding through AuctionZip, or we can take Credit cards over the phone. A 3% fee will be added for all Credit Card Payments. Please use preview time(s) and photos to determine the condition for yourself. Sales tax will be charged unless a current Tax Exempt form is on file with us, or the online bidding platform you are using.

Jewelry and precious metals are not routinely tested, even if stamped or hallmarked. Additionally, precious stones are not tested or removed from their settings to determine carat weight. Appraisals, if provided, represent the opinion of a single professional and do not constitute guarantees. For the most informed bidding decisions, personal inspection remains the best approach.
Payment Terms
Accepted Forms of Payment are as follows: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, Personal Ohio Check (If known by Auction Staff), and Cashiers Check. Please Note, Bidders may be charged 2 days after invoice is sent out using the card on file with AuctionZip.
All items must be paid for within 5 Days after the close of the auction. Any item left at Amanda Auction Gallery after 30 days will be considered abandoned, and become property of the Amanda Auction Gallery. If the item has been paid for, a refund will be issued, minus a 20% (Twenty Percent) restocking fee. If the item is a Firearm, and FFL Documentation has not been received within 30 days from the close of the auction, the item will become the property of Amanda Auction Gallery, LLC. Amanda Auction Gallery, LLC reserves the right to dispose, sell, or distribute these items without any notification or dispute to or from the Buyer.
Shipping Terms

Non-Firearm Related: Buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs of their item. Please visit https://locations.theupsstore.com/oh/columbus/829-bethel-rd to arrange shipping. The Auction House will coordinate with the Shipper to have everything ready.
Firearm(s): Buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs for their item(s). All Invoices must be paid in full before the Shipping process commences. There is a $25/per firearm FFL Processing fee charged to all Firearm Sales. FFL Processing Fee includes handling and packaging of the Firearm for shipment (if applicable), processing of paperwork, and executing a NICS Background Check if the Buyer is an Ohio Resident and picks up the firearm(s) in person. The FFL Fee does not cover shipping costs. All successful bidders are responsible for ensuring that their local and state regulations permit ownership of the item won. Winning bidders must provide Amanda Auction Gallery, LLC with a copy of the Federal Firearms License (FFL) that will be used for the transfer.
