All items will be sold in as is where is condition. We represent these items to the best of our knowledge. Details will be listed with items. All sales are final. No refunds.

Payment

All Sales final and will be paid for with the card on file. No refunds allowed.

Shipping Terms

Please Note. Shipping is at discretion of the auction house. USPS or UPS will be the only two methods of shipping. If you are uncertain if an item can be shipped, please contact the auction house first. 770-710-1692. All costs for packing and shipping will be responsibility of the buyer and will be billed separately. All purchases must be paid for at the close of the auction. Shipping costs will be figured the following week after the auction.

Buyer's Premium

Buyer's premium will be 13% on all transactions.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged at 7% unless you have a tax exempt number.

Condition of Items

Every item will be sold as is with no guarantees. We will represent the item to the best of our ability. Preview will be on Wednesday 3/29/23 from 9-5. Appointments for preview are possible. Contact the auction company to confirm.
