Wehrly's Auction Service has made every effort to catalog and correctly describe the property to be sold, however neither Seller nor Auctioneer guarantee the authenticity or condition of any lot. All lots are sold "AS IS" no guarantees, resales or credit card chargebacks allowed. The Auctioneer reserves the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of sale.
Wehrly's Auction Service makes no warranties or representations whatsoever . Any use of any such lot is entirely at the user's risk. Wehrly's Auction Service expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for accident, injury or damage resulting to any person from the use or storage of any such lot.
LEGAL CLAIMS: Wehrly's Auction Service Inc. is being held in Glen Rock, PA, and York County. Any and all legal action brought forth as a result of this auction/sale must be filed in York County, PA.
POSTPONED/CANCELLED: Wehrly's Auction Service Inc. has the right to cancel/postpone any and all auction due to severe weather, sickness or legal matters. If auction is postponed said auction will be rescheduled ASAP and all bids already placed will be honored. In the event the auction is cancelled due to legal matters all bids will be voided. Auction Zip will email all bidders informing them of the status of said Auction.
If there is a tie bid between the Internet bidding venues, and the floor, the floor bid takes precedence. Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or accept telephone or internet bids, we are not responsible for failing to execute such bids or for any errors or omissions in connection with these bids.
Upon the fall of the hammer or said sold, the title and responsibility for each item or lot passes to the purchaser.
In the case of a disputed bid, the Auctioneer will determine the successful bidder or re-offer and resell the item in dispute.
YOUR BIDDING ACKNOWLEDGES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE. NO BIDDERS WILL BE APPROVED DAY OF SALE. DEADLINE FOR APPROVALS ARE MIDNIGHT THE DAY BEFORE AUCTION.
ABSENTEE BIDS will be accepted, In the event of duplicate bids, the first bid received will take precedence. Absentee bids will not be executed on items which are found to be other than described in the catalog. It is entirely possible to buy items by absentee bid for less than your top bid price. All sales are final and must be paid in full immediately. Items must be inspected before leaving absentee bids.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the bank, if the Auctioneer deems such action necessary to protect his interest..

WE WILL STILL PACK YOUR SMALLER ITEMS IN A USPS PRIORITY BOX FLAT RATE PLUS $7..00 PACKING. IF WE USE ONE OF OUR CUSTOM BOXES THERE WILL BE A $12.00 PACKING FEE, PLUS SHIPPING AND INSURANCE. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT WEIGHT BEFORE YOU BID PLEASE EMAIL US AT [email protected] WITH ANY QUESTIONS. BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. IT CAN BE EXPENSIVE. WE DO NOT PACK OR SHIP BOX LOT ITEMS.
WE WILL NOT PACK & SHIP PICTURES/MIRRORS. IT IS UP TO YOU TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PICK UP.
THERE IS A MINMUM OF $35.00 PER ITEM LOT FOR SHIPPING (NOT THE ITEM VALUE) AS PER UPS POLICY. ONCE YOU PAY YOUR INVOICE WE WILL DELIVER IT TO THE UPS STORE AND THEY WILL CONTACT YOU FOR SHIPPING COSTS.
If you live in Maryland, VA or Pennsylvania and you want your items shipped please email us immediately otherwise we will consider it a pick up.
Wehrly's Auction has opted to create a safe and secure Pick up site for items that cannot be shipped.
YOU CAN PICK UP ITEMS AT 4065 Snyder Road, Glen Rock, PA 17327. You will need to schedule your delivery time by emailing us at [email protected] with a date and time. The dates for pick up are Wednesday between 9AM and 4 PM and Thursday from 10 to 2..We will email you back with a confirmation.

If items are not picked up after 2 weeks you will be charged a storage fee of $1.00 per day per item OR it will be resold and you will not be able to bid at any of our auctions. . No one will be approved on AUCTION DAY.
