All items are sold with NO warranties of any kind. Online bidding and Phone bidding (which will be represented as a Floor Bid) will be accepted.

Occasionally, bids are not received through our software. This glitch occurs several times during each auction and it cannot be remedied in real time on our end. We are simply NOT SEEING multiple bids on our console. If you see "Bid Submitted" on your console and we do not accept the bid and
it sells, EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY at [email protected]. WE WILL GO BACK AN RE-OPEN THE BIDDING with notice to all bidders.
We WILL NOT go back more than TEN LOTS.

In the event of a technical glitch, power outage, platform outage, internet outage, or any other unforeseen outage or unavoidable technical outage, items for sale may be RE-OFFERED for bids at a later date. Pre-bids WILL NOT BE HONORED if any system on any venue or platform is down during the live auction.

ROCKS:
Yes, we ship, or we can hold your items until you are able to come pick them up. Many bidders from throughout the US bid on 6 or 8 auctions before they come pick the up.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT DISCOVER OR AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Winning bidders will be invoiced immediately after the auction. Payments are due IN FULL by 5 P.M. Central Time, THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION. If you don't call or email with payment arrangements within 4 days after the auction the credit card you were registered with will be charged. If we are unable to charge your card a dispute will be filed for nonpayment.

Shipping

NOTICE: WE MAY TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS TO SHIP after a large auction. PLEASE UNDERSTAND this prior to bidding. If we have your credit card on file, your items will go out much faster.

WE BILL TWICE: Once for the auction and again AFTER we have your items packaged. If your cc is on file, this process is much faster than if we have to do estimates, send emails, and bill again.

ATTN: EBAY BIDDERS: Understand that we are an auction house with up to 600 lots per auction. WE MAY TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS to ship after payment is received. However, if we keep your credit card on file and are able to bill immediately after the auction, your item will go out faster. WE BILL TWICE! Once for the items and once AFTER WE GET YOUR ITEMS PACKED. Rocks are so heavy that we cannot estimate shipping costs prior to packing. Once you have paid for the items and you get your shipping total and you decide you want to cancel the order a restocking fee of 20% or $5 per item whichever is greater will deducted before a refund is issued unless prior arrangements are made with the auction house.

Shipping will be via USPS at Buyers expense Plus a packing charge per lot.

Shipping will be through Parcel post, Flat Rate Shipping, or Priority Mail. Insurance is available for $7 per $500 insured.

Items will be shipped within 3 weeks.

If you fail to pay shipping or pick up your items within 1 month of the initial date that your shipping total is emailed to you, the merchandise is considered abandoned and no refund will be given.

Buyers Premium

There will be a 15% Buyers premium plus the 5% Auctionzip fee.
