Original, antique, copper-plate engraved, double sided Road Map of Kent, England, compiled by John Owen and engraved by Emmanuel Bowen in the 1720 edition of Britannia Depicta or Ogilby Improved. Framed under glass in a gilt frame, the reverse side open to reveal another map of the road from Chelmsford to Maldon. Approx 5" X 7" map size in 7 3/4" X 10 3/4" frame.
