Before registering with Autumn court antiques auctions, we stress that written and oral descriptions are only our opinion and do not guarantee authenticity, age, condition, material, etc... We are not responsible or liable for the correctness or completeness of catalog descriptions; and we normally do not scientifically test woods,precious metals, ceramics or any other material for age, species etc. It is always important for prospective bidders to examine items of interest before bidding. If you doubt the authenticity of something, we recommend you not bid. Failure to pay for winning lots will expose you to legal actions. The absence of a condition report implies that the item is considered in good, very good or even excellent condition. Defects due to age and normal usage are generally not pointed out. If in doubt about the condition of something in the sale contact us or email us. If your invoice is not paid within one week, Autumn court antiques will charge your credit card the amount of the items won. After the bid, the buyer agrees to all the information and purchase commitments listed in the consent message.

We accept all major credit cards and paypal. Payments are due in our office 7 days after the close of auction. To pay with paypal, use [email protected] . If your invoice is not paid within one week, Autumn court antiques will charge your credit card the amount of the items won.

Shipping Terms

We can package and ship items to US address via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground / UPS
Tracking information will be sent to your email address. This price does not include insurance. If you need insurance, please contact us for additional insurance.
International buyers please contact us for international shipping. If you have any questions, please send an email to [email protected].
If you do not agree with the quote, you can use a different company and arrange for your own shipping.

We are not a professional shipping company, we will do the best to our ability to get your items to you safely. If by any chance we are not able to ship an item we will provide you with a list of professional shipping companies so you can arrange your shipping.
