NOTICE! VERY IMPORTANT!: Chupp Auctions handles a high volume of merchandise in a short period of time. While our intent is to describe items, authenticity, and condition to have a successful and mutually satisfying transaction, it is physically and economically impossible for us to achieve perfection on every item. Our firm lists items far in advance of the sale so the buyer can ask questions BEFORE bidding. At our expense, we do provide staffing to get buyers the information BEFORE they bid. When bidding online, please understand that you are assuming some risk. We will not take returns, all items are sold as-is, buyer beware. Any announcements made day of auction take precedence over printed matter. Not responsible for accidents.
ONLINE BIDDERS: 20% Buyer Premium will be applied. Paypal is NOT a payment option with Chupp Auctions. After the auction you will receive an email/text from Shipping Saint including shipping options or to arrange for a pick-up date. Smaller items will be shipped through USPS or UPS. Larger items marked as BUYER TO ARRANGE must be arranged for pick-up. Any fragile items will be delivered to the UPS Store for professional packing and shipping. Items purchased will remain in our possession until payment is made. If an invoice is not paid in full within 15 days (including shipping costs), Chupp Auctions reserves the right to resell the items and the bidder forfeits any partial payment applied to this invoice.

For those wishing to pick-up locally, you must contact our office within 2 business days of the auction to inform us of your plans. !!! ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 15 DAYS!!! **Chupp Auctions reserves the right to deliver any items they deem fragile to the local UPS store for packaging & shipping.**
TAX: When paying online, your state's sales tax will be applied to your invoice. Payments made directly to the auction house are subject to Indiana 7% sales tax unless you have a tax exemption to file with the auction house.

Chupp Auctions will ship most smaller items at Buyer's expense via USPS or UPS. Following the auction watch for emails from Shipping Saint for your shipping invoice or to make pick-up arrangements. !!! ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 15 DAYS !!!
**Chupp Auctions reserves the right to deliver any items they deem fragile to the local UPS store for packaging & shipping.
** Items marked will be delivered to the UPS Store will be delivered as soon as possible and only once full payment is received, the store is not close by and we like to have a full load before making a trip out there.
** NOTICE: Items marked WILL NOT SHIP will need to have transportation arranged by the BUYER!
