Austrian Biedermeier Walnut and Marble-Top Commode

19th century, the rectangular marble top above a conforming case fitted with three long drawers, raised on tapering square legs.

    • Condition:
  • **In very good polished and restored condition. The surface now exhibits only minor wear, the most notable being a line of abraded finish on the top drawer, about an inch and a quarter long. It is visible in the catalogue photo.

    The case is tight and stable with no movement observed in its joints.

    The marble top is in good condition. No visible breaks or repairs. There are some minor surface scratches to its face and normal tiny flea bites to the perimeter edges.

    Locks all present. No key.
