These lots are marked as SSR in the auction catalog.<br /> Freight is an option for larger items & furniture, these lots as marked SSRF. Contacting and securing a freight company is solely the buyers responsibility. We do not crate, package, or pallet items for the freight company to ship. Please make sure your selected freight company is aware of and can handle your needs. <br /> High value items over $100 require insurance, which will automatically be added to the shipping & handling cost. <br /> Signature confirmation is automatically on purchases of $500 +<br /> Items will usually ship within 10 business days or 2 weeks of payment being received. <br /> Freight options will take longer based on the availability of the freight company.<br /> All international purchases will go priority mail, no exceptions. A 17.5% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Auction Zip or Invaluable.<br /> At the end of the auction you will be sent an invoice via email which will indicate your total amount due. Your credit card on file will be charged once for purchases + applicable sales tax, and all applicable shipping & handling charges. Occasionally the shipping cost cannot be calculated at the time of invoicing in which case you will receive a separate invoice for shipping via email through our secondary invoicing system Xero. <br /> If needed, please contact the auction house prior to the auction start time to discuss special payment and shipping arrangements. All deposits made are non-refundable. If a bidder wins a lot & neglects to provide payment, then there information will be sent to Proxibid & flagged as a non-paying bidder which will result in a ban from using Proxibid until the debt has been settled. <br /> Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
