1. The pair cased watch with fusee movement signed William Fidgett in elaborate hand engraving on the brass plate of the movement, the case with London hallmarks for sterling 1872.

2. A Waltham Vanguard 19 jewel 16 size pocket watch with gold jewel settings fronted by a porcelain dial having Arabic numerals.

Each measures 2.5 x 2 inches.

Both wind and run at the time of inspection, though the Waltham sounds more like a John Deere tractor than a watch and runs erratically. We cannot guarantee the running or timekeeping condition of timepieces once removed from the auction premises.
