The design by Arthur von Frankenberg (1889 - 1950) for Frankart initially a working clock, the original textured plate glass dial with elongated hour reference marks embossed in polished glass flanked by standing female figures in demure pose standing on a stepped base with original black enamel finish and embossed mark of FRANKART © PAT APPLD FOR back side.
