All items are sold "AS-IS" Designer Homes makes no guaranty, warranty or representation expressed or implied as to the quantity, kind, size, quality, weight, or description of any of the property or its fitness for any use or purpose whatsoever.
Designer Homes may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. Designer Homes will not be responsible for any errors or omissions of item descriptions/estimates. Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Designer Homes shall have no responsibility for any error or omission.
Bidding can be done in three ways, by leaving an absentee bid, by telephone, or on-line. Please contact us to set up any non-online bidding methods.
Money order/Cashiers checks
Payment will be accepted during and after the sale. Payments must be completed by within 3-5 business days following each auction. also your online payment credit card will be charged 4 days after invoice sent if no payment recieved.
**NOTE** For purchases exceeding $5,000 USD, payment must be made via Cashiers/personal/bank/business check, money order, or wire transfer. Please contact us for additional clarification on terms.
**Failure to pay for your purchases or failure to remove your merchandise by the given deadline may result in forfeiture. In either case, your name may be removed from the bidders list. In addition, future bids from those bidders not in compliance with the Terms and Conditions of sale may not be accepted by Designer Homes.
We charge a 30% buyer's premium on all winning lots
Florida State sales tax will be applied to auction invoices of FLORIDA Bidders ONLY.
A completed tax exemption certificate is required at time of registration for all buyers who wish to qualify for tax exemption. Buyer is responsible for payment for all successful bids. Any item not paid for by the deadline may be returned to the sales floor and will be eligible for resale.
All taxes assessed or imposed by the United States, the State of Texas, or any other government entity on this transaction will be paid by the buyer direct to the agency due, if applicable.

* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items images to their satisfaction.

Designer Homes of Central Florida uses the following shipping methods:
-shipping charge will include with the invoice. we ship in house package will be sent to the confirmed address (address should be the same as it is on the invoice, if you moved or want to send your package to another address, please let me know immediately by calling 863-255-8889). Shipping costs are shown on your invoice are usually the actual cost of the shipping company but if there is any complains or questions about the cost of shipping please call 863-255-8889 or email to [email protected]
- LARGER QUANTITY and/or LARGER SIZE and/or FRAGILE items are dropped off at a local UPS Store once invoice is paid in full. Local UPS Store will contact winning bidder via e-mail with shipping and packaging quote. Simply reply to that e-mail or call them directly with payment. Once shipping payment received package will be sent to the confirmed address. However if you have any concern please call me (David) at 863-255-8889 and will try to resolve any issues. paypal preferred. - IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to the corona virus (COVID-19) there might be some government restrictions and/or shut-downs in some areas, where delivery can possibly be delayed.
