Conditions of Sale

Bidding on any item indicates the bidder's acceptance of all terms and conditions listed herein. Invoices for successful bidders will be sent out including insurance, shipping & handling. Contact the auction company if you choose to pick up your items. Bidder cards may be charged 2 days after an invoice has been sent. Asselmeier May Auctions require that the arrangements for the pick-up or shipment of purchased items must be completed within 7 days of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. Any items not picked up after 7 days, a $25 storage/moving fee will be charged to the buyer, and charged an additional $25 for each week thereafter. Any items not picked up after 30 days will be forfeited and resold at the buyer's expense.

Credit Cards

You will need a major credit card to register to bid.
MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover accepted .
Bidder cards may be charged if not paid 2 days after an invoice has been sent.

Shipping Terms

Pick Up Times/ Shipping: You can pick up your purchases on Monday and Tuesday following the auction from 10 am until 6 pm. We will charge a $25 storage and transportation fee for anything not picked up by Friday, the week of the Auction. After 30 days you will forfeit your purchases without refund. We ship In-house through the USPS for all smaller items. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all fees associated with shipping, insurance and handling. Invoices are sent out after shipping and insurance are included. We recommend the buyer contacts U-Ship.com for furniture or large freight items and must pay them directly.

Buyers Premium

20% Buyers premium. Terms: cash, certified check or personal check if known by the auction company, MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover accepted with proper identification. PayPal accepted, Sales Tax if applicable.

Condition

Asselmeier May Auctions are committed to providing accurate descriptions and will attempt to point out any defects. Antiques & Collectables have wear that reflects their years of use. As a result, honest wear earned from use is to be expected. Buyers who would like to know additional information on condition should call. We recommend prospective bidders examine the photos of all items in which they have an interest. By placing a bid, either by phone, email, absentee or via the Internet, you signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire to or that you have chosen not to examine them. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. The Auctioneers do not warrant the accuracy, genuineness, authenticity, description, weight, count or measure of any of the lots specified herein. We do not give refunds! All sales are final!
