All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have any question or request regarding condition or authenticity of a print, please ask BEFORE then end of the auction, not while you have won the lot.
Property is open to thorough public inspection prior to the start of the auction. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Woodblock Prints World will attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Woodblock Print World be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Absolutely no credit card charge-backs will be allowed for any reason.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Woodblock Prints World shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Online buyers are free to call or email up to 24 hours prior to the start of the auction to ask questions.

Shipping Terms
We offer in house shipping for the following rates :
Domestic: $30 flat-rate shipping fee (tracking number, Insurance and signature confirmation) for up to $ 1,000. Add 1.5 % for shipping insurance for packages valued over $ 1,000
Canada: $45 flat-rate shipping fee (tracking number and insurance).
International: $60 up to 90 flat-rate shipping fee (tracking number and Insurance) based on your country
NO RESERVE. The highest bidder will win the lot.
