Japanese 24K gilt and niello cigarette box. The top of the lid features a landscape scene with a building, trees, and a volcano. It has a mark on the bottom and there is an inscription on the inside of the box under the lid. Dimensions are: 1 3/4 inches tall X 4 3/4 inches wide X 3 1/4 inches deep, 4.5 cm X 12.07 cm X 8.3 cm.
