Winning bidder will receive an invoice within 12-24 hours after the auction concludes and is expected to adhere to the following without exception:
Bidder's that are picking up MUST do so the Monday and Tuesday following the sale from 10-4pm only. You must bring your own loading assistance and transporting / packing materials. Out of state Buyers picking up will be subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless exempt in which case you must bring your tax form. Failure to make payment and pickup on the scheduled days will result in forfeiture of items and disputed accounts - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Bidder's that require shipping must call in the week after the sale, during business hours (M-F 9-5) 502-633-6555 opt 1.
There are two rounds of shipping per sale (usually Thursday's but subject to change the auction house and/or shippers discretion) if you do not call before the final shipping pick up your item(s) will be forfeited and your account disputed. Shipping may take 3 to 6 weeks. All orders processed in the order in which invoices are paid. Shipping is done through a 3rd party, Fragile Pack 502-423-0000.
Shipping estimates unable to be given by the house and requests will be ignored. You can however, call the shipper directly: Fragile Pack 502-423-0000.

You may pay online through the site when available, in person or by calling the auction house at 502-633-6555 opt 1. Shipping arrangements will be made at time of payment.

They will collect the items in bulk pick ups, take them to their location, pack your item(s) and call you to verify the shipping address, insurance, cost and tracking.
The only items sent in house are guns. Buyer will pay the true ship cost, true box cost and a $10 handling fee.
Firearms will be sent to the FFL dealer of your choice, at which point they will run your states background information. Should the buyer not be able to pass required firearm checks the gun will be returned to us at buyers cost. Account will be disputed.
