A valid credit card is required to register for this auction.
As payment, we accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa & Discover cards, Pennsylvania checks, cash (in person), money orders, T/T (wire transfers), and PayPal.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Payments we accept are; American Express, Master Card, Visa & Discover cards with a $1,000.00 limit. Any purchase(s) that exceed $1,000.00 will require payment as wire transfers, with no exceptions. Paypal is also accepted.
Winning bidders are responsible for paying via Invaluable if paying via Credit Card.
Invaluable will initially invoice the winning bidders the actual amount and buyer's premium. Shipping and handling will be calculated when payment method is received. At which time we will provide you with a shipping quote. Items will not ship until shipping cost is agreed upon and paid in full. If paying with money order or T/T (add $10.00 processing fee).
Embassy Auctions strongly encourages in-person inspection of items by the bidder. Statements by Embassy Auctions regarding the condition of objects are for guidance only and should not be relied upon as statements of fact, and do not constitute a representation, warranty, or assumption of liability by Embassy Auctions.

The property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor.

Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Embassy Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Embassy Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Embassy Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Sales tax of 6% will be added to all Pennsylvania residents without valid sales tax exemption certificates on file at the time of the sale.
Shipping is done inhouse. After full payment of items is received, buyer will be sent a shipping quote. Upon agreement of shipping, items will be shipped after shipping is paid.

Shipping of merchandise will occur 7-14 days after the auction's end. An invoice will be generated for the purchased item(s) plus shipping and handling charges. Item(s) will be shipped when payment has been received.

Handling charges are as follows: small and easily packed items: $8.50 per package, larger and/or items requiring specialty packing/boxes up to: $17.00 per package. Over-sized items/boxes will incur additional shipping and/or handling charges.

Shipping Terms
PLEASE READ REGARDING SHIPPING!!!
Effective immediately, Embassy Auctions will be handling all shipments In-House. Invoice will not be sent at the end of the auction, once we have your shipping quote, we will be adding it to the invoice then we will send the invoices. This helps to make payments easier, and effective. Once payment is made then your items will be shipped immediately. Please allow up to 5 business days for you to receive the invoice.
If by chance you are picking up your items instead, please reach out to Embassy Auctions via email ([email protected]) or by phone (717-442-8529) to schedule your pick-up, payment is due at pick-up.
Buyers' premium for online bidding is 24%.

Items marked oversized are pick up only and the buyer must make arrangements to do so. Shipping is available in-house for all other items unless otherwise noted on the listing.

Sales Tax
A sales tax will be added to all customers without valid sales tax exemption certificates on file with Invaluable and the Auction House at the time of the sale.
