By bidding at the auction, the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions:

BUYER'S PREMIUM

All lots are subject to a 25% buyer's premium. A platform processing fee of 5% will be added to the buyer's premium. If you wish to pay by COD or wire, please contact us within three (3) days after the auction. Credit cards on file are charged automatically three (3) days after the auction.

PAYMENT

Payment is due within five (5) days from the auction, after which the auctioneer may cancel the sale or bring an action against the purchaser for the bid amount. All bids are in US dollars. Bidders who have credit cards on file will be charged three (3) days after the auction.

INSPECTION

Additional photographs of any lot are available, and in person and virtual inspection is available.

AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION

We will not sell an item if we do not believe it to be authentic (as described) and we will not describe an item if we do not believe our description is accurate. We do not, however, warrant anything express or implied. Every lot is sold "as is", "where is" and "without warranty" whether express or implied. Bidders are responsible for determining the accuracy of our description and condition of every lot and making their own determinations as to attribution, period, materials, authenticity, quality, date and value. All items that incorporate electronics, such as audio, lighting, or any item that utilizes electricity should be professionally evaluated prior to use.

NO REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not give or accept refunds for any reason. Please be sure that you wish to purchase an item before bidding on it. Please inquire about the condition of any item or request additional photographs before bidding. Please anticipate that shipping costs may exceed your winning bid. Please consider that the vintage and antique items we offer will always show some signs of wear and age. The purchaser is solely responsible for the cost of packing and shipping.

AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION

The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or declare any item unsold or to cancel any sale in the auctioneer's sole discretion.

ABANDONED LOTS

Lots purchased and not picked-up or shipped after (60) days shall be deemed abandoned and dispose of by us without compensation to the purchaser.

PHOTOGRAPHS

All images of lots belong to us, they may not be reproduced for any reason. We reserve the right to advertise the result of any item we sell.

RISK OF LOSS

Once the bid is won the risk of loss passes to the winning bidder.

DISPUTES

All disputes shall be resolved in binding arbitration in the State of Rhode Island. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid to us by a winning bidder.

AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.

Please note, purchases in excess of $5000 must be paid by wire transfer. Local pick-up is subject to Rhode Island Sales Tax unless you have a valid resale certificate.

Monday - Friday 11am - 2pm, five (5) days after the auction or at another convenient time provided you have made arrangements with us in advance.

PACKING & SHIPPING:

We do not offer in-house packing and shipping services.

Shipping can be expensive, please consider obtaining estimate(s) prior to bidding. The winning bidder is responsible for the cost of packing and shipping.

We have provided the following list of shippers as a courtesy and we will assist you with your third-party shipping needs, however, we assume no liability for any shipper you use or any loss or damage occasioned in transport or otherwise as a result of shipping.

Providing arrangements have been made within five (5) days after the auction, we will store the item for a reasonable time to accommodate your shipper.

No item will be stored longer than sixty (60) days, after which all item(s) will be deemed abandoned and dispose of by us without compensation to the winning bidder.
