Empire-Style Gilt-Bronze and Marble-Top Center Table
late 19th century, the circular marble top over a conforming laurel leaf- and ribbon-modeled apron draped with laurel and berry swags, raised on cabriole legs joined by a leaf-mounted stretcher centered by a finial, the legs ending in bellflowers and French toes, in the manner of Tiffany Studios.

**The table is stable and sturdy. The bronze base exhibits normal rubbing, oxidation and wear.
The marble top appears to be a later replacement. It is free of chips or breaks. It has a honed surface.
