**In overall very good condition. The arms and back are tight, solid and stable. It exhibits modest wear, and no visible rips or tears to the upholstery.
There is a section of loose fabric on the top rear of the back where it has pulled free at the cording; about a 3" section needs to be resewn. There is also similar loose/pulled apart fabric at the cording on the top of one arm.
