**In overall very good condition. The arms and back are tight and stable. Modest wear and no visible rips or tears to the upholstery.
The seat cushion is reversible. There is some soiling on one side.
There is a section of loose fabric on the top rear of the back where it has pulled free at the cording; about a 10" section needs to be resewn.
