Roan Inc. Auctioneers has made every effort to catalog and correctly describe items to be sold. All lots are sold AS-IS and should be examined prior to bidding on them - or in the case of online bidding the potential buyer should contact the auctioneer regarding condition if it is not noted. There will be no returns allowed if you are not satisfied with the condition. Roan Inc. makes no warranty as to conditions - weights or measurements and is not responsible for any defects. The descriptions and dimensions are provided as a guide only. The buyer is responsible to inspect all lots prior to the auction to ensure the condition is to their satisfaction. Roan Inc. is not responsible for any errors or slow communications on bidding on the online bidding platform. In the event of a tie bid the floor bidder will take precedence. The auctioneer's decision in this matter is final.

Shipping charges subject to rates according to UPS Ground, USPS or FedEx for small items to be shipped as well as a small service fee for packing is added to all orders. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges - WE CANNOT PROVIDE SHIPPING ESTIMATES -IF YOU HAVE A PREFERENCE FOR SHIPPING COMPANY, PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY OR THE SHIPPING WILL BE SENT UPS - ONCE THE PACKAGE IS COMPLETED, WE WILL NOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING COMPANY. IF YOU PLAN TO PICK UP THE ITEMS RATHER THAN HAVE THEM SHIPPED YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF THAT THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY MATERIALS USED TO PREPARE THE PACKAGE. NO FURNITURE, PAINTINGS/PRINTS MEASURING OVER 20" X 20" OVERALL WILL BE SHIPPED. IN ADDITION, NO ITEMS LISTED AS CART LOT / TABLE LOT OR LARGE (VERY LARGE) LOT WILL BE SHIPPED. DELIVERY AVAILABLE AT COST TO THE BUYER OR AUCTIONEER CAN PROVIDE CONTACT OF LOCAL SHIPPING COMPANY. ITEMS PURCHASED BY INHOUSE BIDDERS WILL BE DISPERSED DAY OF AUCTION OR BY APPOINTMENT BY CONTACTING THE AUCTION HOUSE
NO PICK-UP AVAILABLE DAY OF AUCTION OF ONLINE BIDS.
ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE AUCTION WILL BE RESOLD WITH NO COMPENSATION TO THE BUYER - UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTIONEER. PURCHASES PAID FOR BUT SHIPPING NOT PAID WITHIN TWO WEEKS WILL BE RESOLD WITH NO COMPENSATION TO THE BUYER.

Condition Policy

ATTENTION ONLINE BIDDERS: The beginning of this auction (items 001 - 199) are being offered in-house w/ absentee and phone bids accepted. Please see our website for full gallery of photos and entire catalog. ALL FFL RULES APPLY. ALL FFL HOLDERS BRING COPY OF LICENSE. OUT OF STATE BUYERS CAN NOT PURCHASE A HAND GUN WITHOUT AN FFL. ALL GUNS SOLD AS-IS. ALL FIREARMS SHOULD BE CHECKED BY A COMPETENT GUNSMITH BEFORE FIRING.
Items to be sold in catalog order. Every attempt has been made to correctly identify all items and make note of any noticed wear, damage or repair. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS and unless described as perfect the bidder should expect typical age and use wear to be present. .

Accepted Forms of Payment

Forms of payment - MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Order or PayPal. No personal checks or business checks are accepted unless you have an established relationship with Roan Inc. Auctioneers. Online bidders must make payment within (7) business days. Invoicing is done through Invaluable - note that shipping fees are not included. These fees will be determined and billed by Roan Inc. once payment is made for purchases. If payment is not made within the (7) days Roan Inc. will resell the items with no compensation to the bidder.

Online Buyer's Premium

A Buyer's Premium of 20% of the final price will be added to each purchase, consisting of a 15% Online Buyer's Premium plus 5% 3rd-party Internet Bidding service fee applies.

Sales Tax

PA Sales Tax charged unless Tax Exemption is filed with our office. Shipments going out of state are exempt from sales tax charge.
