Prices do not include shipping. We can arrange shipping for the buyer, or buyers may arrange their own shipping. Local delivery is often included -- contact us. No items may be shipped or picked up until payment has been received and cleared by our bank.
We do not offer a right of return unless prior arrangements have been made, in writing, at the time of sale. We do try to be as flexible as possible in accommodating such requests. In addition, we will attempt to re-sell, on a consignment basis, items purchased from us which for some reason the buyer wants to return.

Taxes
We collect sales tax for sales to Virginia residents based on our physical location in Alexandria. We do not collect sales taxes for other states, although buyers may be liable for "use tax" in their state for items purchased online or out-of-state. We require a valid reseller tax exempt number for all Virginia sales where such exemption is applicable.

Condition requests or additional photography should be made prior to bidding. All condition reports are given as a courtesy to the potential bidder and are the opinion of the Auction. High and low estimates are provided solely for comparison purposes and is no warranties of any kind relating to them. Any appraisals or evaluations provided are solely for the convenience of the Bidder and is not a warranty of any kind relating to them. No price estimate or appraisal value should be considered to represent the investment or resale value of the item.
