PAPPS FAMILY LIQUIDATION. Bidders accept and hereby comply to be compelled by all TERMS AND CONDITIONS established by PAPPS FAMILY LIQUIDATION upon participating our auctions.

YOU CAN DO WIRE TRANSFER OR MAIL US CHECK PAYMENT, BEFORE MAILING US, PLEASE EMAIL US (FRONT & BACK PORTION OF THE CHECK IN A BLACK BACKGROUND). WE WILL NOT BE SHIPPING OUT WINNING ITEM UNLESS WE RECEIVED THE ACTUAL PHYSICAL CHECK."
FOR GOLD AND SILVER COINS THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL 5% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, NO EXCHANGE AND NO CREDIT. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IT IS. IT IS THE BIDDERS' SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK VERACITY OF ITEMS PRIOR TO BIDDING.
IF IN SPECIAL CASES THAT WE WILL BE ACCEPTING RETURN, AUCTION HOUSE WILL BE DEDUCTING 40% RESTOCKING FEE. BOTH AUCTION PREMIUM AND SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Information tendered in the listing is merely by the advantage of the buyer with best knowledge of the auction house. It is solely the bidders' responsibility to ascertain, check, inspect, and firmly decide prior to bidder all aspect of the item's conditions, state, realness, efficacy before bidding in an item. PAPPS FAMILY LIQUIDATION does not give any guarantee as to salability and conditions of lot relating to the item's market value. PAPPS FAMILY LIQUIDATION for any reasons whatsoever has the right to accept or reject bid. Prior to bidding bidder's can contact and coordinate with the auction house either by email: [email protected] or through our customer service as all sales are final and bidders should have no objection after the sale closed. All lots are sold "AS IS" without any recourse. Pictures and descriptions are not warranty, not a guarantee and no assurance.

STRICTLY NO TESTING OF BIDS. Auction house does not have the ability to remove bids. PAPPS FAMILY LIQUIDATION will not be responsible for any bid testing, internet failure, power outage or any interruption or technical errors occurred before, during and after the sale closed.

Note: For credit card payments, bidder agrees that no chargeback is to be filed against PAPPS FAMILY LIQUIDATION. Bidder waives his right to file claim, chargeback or dispute payment. Papps Family Liquidation select the bidders to join auction and not all bidders who want to join and participate gets lucky to get into our auction. Papps Family Liquidation only accept money order and cashier's check for payment however for bidders' insisting to pay with credit card, bidder waives their right to file chargeback and if so bidder agrees to pay additional $100.00 to settle chargeback. All dispute should be settle only between bidders and Papps Family Liquidation and not to a third party or credit card institution. To prevent dispute, it is the bidders' responsibility to check the item first before bidding and agreeing that all sales are final once the item has been sold.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
PAPPS FAMILY LIQUIDATION ships packages through USPS and FEDEX. Shipping fee depends on value of each package. All packages require signature. Shipping fee depends on the package value. Shipping fee is included in the invoice bidder's should be receiving after the auction. ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES. Bidders are responsible in paying these taxes.
All Ring Size must be received within 3 days of making payment.
If no ring size is received within the allowed time frame the ring will be sent as is.
Rings will Ship within 7 - 10 business days once size is received.
TAXES
All winning bidders from California, each winning item is subject to additional 9% CA TAX.
