Conditions of Sale
All sales subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Local pickup available beginning November 1, 2024. Pickup hours are Tuesday -Friday, 11:00-6:00PM, and Saturday 12:00PM-4:00PM. All local sales subject to the completion of a background check per federal law. Out of town purchasers must provide a copy of the receiving FFL license and complete payment prior to shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the firearm they purchase is legal to own in their state. There will be no refunds for firearms that can not be shipped due to state restrictions. All sales are final. Firearms are sold in as-is condition. Please contact us with questions prior to bidding.
Payment Terms
Payment accepted via telephone at 614-439-7982, or in person at 4235 Westfall Road SW, Lancaster, Ohio 43110 during listed pickup hours. All payments due within 48 hours of auction completion unless other arrangements are made. No checks or money orders will be accepted. Payment must be cash or credit / debt card. A 4% fee will be charged on all credit /debit card purchases.
Buyer's Premium
A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all purchases.
Sales Tax
Ohio requires sales tax to be collected on all sales. A sales tax of 6.75% will be charged on all winning bids.
Shipping Terms
Packing and shipping is available. Packing charge for handguns is $10.00. Packing charge for long guns is $15.00. All firearms will be shipped via USPS. Ammunition sales will ship either UPS or Fedex. All shipping will be charged at actual shipping cost.
