Anyone wishing to preview items may do so by calling 609.618.7216 to schedule an appointment. Please have a list of items lots you wish to preview so we can pull them prior to your appointment. Read item descriptions carefully, as select lots are NOT shippable. We accept credit cards for payment for any winning online bidders at all sales. We require credit card information to bid, and after two days may use it for payment, if you are the winning bidder. NJ Buyer's may be subject to NJ Sales Tax. Foreign buyers/bidders may be charged $25.00 Foreign Currency Conversion. Items won and not picked-up within 30 days of the closing of the auction will be considered abandoned even if paid for.

PAYMENT

ATTENTION BIDDERS! PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 2 DAYS OF DATED INVOICE.
Due to regulations on some classes of items, Invaluable's payment processing partners do not accept payment on all types of items. As part of their categorization algorithm, any item not eligible for online payment processing is marked by Invaluable as restricted. Common restricted categories include firearms, knives, vehicles, and items containing material from endangered species (especially ivory).

Payment processors monitor and enforce restrictions on certain types of items that are not allowed to be paid through their platforms. However, Invaluable may allow some of these items to be sold within our marketplace. As a result, if an item is deemed restricted by the payment processor, they will prevent a bidder from paying for that item. Therefore, bidders will need to pay their invoice through PayPal at [email protected] or calling Legacies Old and New at 609.618.7216 to make payment through Square. 

Shipping Terms

NON-SHIPPING ITEMS need to be picked up at our West Creek, NJ location within 10 days of Invoice by contacting the Auction House to arrange a date and time. Items won and not picked-up within 30 days of the closing of the auction will be considered abandoned even if paid for.
SHIPPING ITEMS: Auction House will ship at Buyer's expense. Items will be shipped either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. In the event of an item arriving damaged or package is lost, please note that this auction house does not reimburse postage or insurance costs and it's the bidder's responsibility to file a claim with USPS or UPS.
