Albert Coles and Co. (American, active 1835-1875) coin silver, circa 1850. An unusual handled basket with folding handle and featuring an alternating pattern. It is marked A.C. and Co. on bottom. Dimensions: 2 3/4 inches tall X 6 1/2 inches wide; 7 cm tall X 16.5 cm wide. Weight: 149.9 grams (4.8 ozt.). All measurements are approximate.
