Shipping Instructions: We ship via USPS or UPS and occasionally Fedex for certain international orders. You may procure your own shipping label to send to us to use on your behalf or simply pay the shipping quote included on your invoice after you successfully win an item at auction. We work hard to keep our costs low as a partner wholesale shipper with USPS and UPS, so we get discounted rates. This is because your shipping is done by Connoisseur at the lowest cost possible amount including insurance up to $50 on USPS and $100 on UPS. Any items valued more than $50 or $100 respectively will be charged $1/$100 of insured value as an additional surcharge on your invoice to protect and insure your beautiful new prized possession(s) won at auction. Therefore, your invoice total from us includes all shipping and insurance charges. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your won items as a general rule dependent upon where you live in the world. Most of our shipping leaves the United States East Coast.
IMPORTANT: There will accordingly be three line-items on your winning bidder invoice to note:
1.) Online Transaction Fee - 2.5% credit card processing and 2.5% online hosting management
2.) Shipping, Packing, and Handling - these are primarily based upon USPS or UPS shipping tables, box and packing material rates, and labor. Those outside the U.S. may need to pay import, VAT, or excise taxes upon pickup of your won item.
3.) Insurance Coverage - this is to cover your prized possession in transit against damage, theft, or being lost and is included for FREE up to $50 in value via USPS and $100 in value via UPS. Additional value is covered at $1/$100 and will show up on your invoice.

Items not coordinated for pickup within 45-days of winning the item at auction will be stored at $5/day until picked up or until the full value of the item has been absolved in storage fees at which point the item will become the property of Connoisseur to resell or dispose of as it deems best.
Special Terms of Sale
All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor by the title and description information along with the photographs provided. Connoisseur will attempt to describe the merchandise in its descriptions and photographs but makes no representations. In no event shall Connoisseur be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value & condition.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of items being bid on and purchased. While Connoisseur endeavors to describe each item accurately, Connoisseur can not be responsible for any errors or omissions in that the description of the merchandise is provided by the consignor. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is. When bids are made, sales are final and no returns are accepted for any reason. Should an item be damaged in shipping, the buyer will have purchased insurance to cover said loss and collect from the insurance carrier direct. Under no circumstances will the Bidder hold Connoisseur or its agents responsible for any problem created by the internet auction provider.
Your sole recourse for any item you do not wish to keep after winning it at auction is to pay for the item and then reconsign the item for sale on your behalf at a future auction.
NOTE: We only sell and ship non-FFL firearms prior to 1899. Any other firearms must be sold and transported via licensed FFL dealers in the U.S.
