By bidding on our auction(s) you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and buyer agreement below, please read prior to bidding.
The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 5 days from the end of the auction.
The auction end time is determined by the pace of the LIVE AUCTION and not a set time period. Follow along live on your lap or desk top.
It is the buyers responsibility to carefully read both the description and the Lot Title prior to making a bid. Photographs should be used as a guide only and the item Description provides you with the detailed information for that product. Any error in the item description is unintentional and we are not responsible. Use your expertise to determine value, usability, functionality, precious metal content or authentication.
Any accessories in the photos that are not included in the description of a lot are not included in the auction.
Notwithstanding that a Winning Bidder may have been notified of their placement of the Winners Bid Amount, we may at our sole discretion choose to withdraw and not proceed with completion of the sale of the item in circumstances including (but not limited to) where:
a) You have not been contacted directly by AuctionZip via email to confirm you are the winning bidder
b) if the Winning Bidder fails to make payment of the final amount into a bank account nominated by us or by credit card within 5 working days of the Winning Bidder placing the Winning bid amount. If payment is not received goods will be resold,REGARDLESS of payment status,
c) There is a technical malfunction with the website out of our control, please refer to the Processing and technical errors detailed below.
d) We reserve the right to determine whether or not your conduct is consistent with the spirit and the letter of these terms and conditions and may, at our sole discretion, immediately terminate your Account and use of the Service if your conduct is deemed by us to be inconsistent with these terms and conditions
e) We are unable to contact the Winning Bidder for any reason in a timely manner, by any means, phone, email or text,
The Auction and vendor reserve the following rights (which may be exercised by Pinnacle Auction without giving any reason)
To not offer for sale any item described in the auction or listed in the catalog
To withdraw completely any item or items from auction prior to the fall of the hammer or customary verbal phrase,
To refuse to accept the bidding of any person or persons;
To refuse a person or persons admission to, or delete them entirely from the auction site
To not disclose the reserve price of an item prior to the close of bidding or withdrawal of the item.
By registering to bid, you agree to abide by our auction terms, REGARDLESS of which online bidding platform you use or their guarantees. All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges offered.

We will accept cash, check, or Visa & MasterCard, debit or credit cards. We also accept PayPal & WePay. A 4% credit card convenience fee will apply to credit cards only. Not debit cards& 5% online bidding fee from AZ & Ebay We charge no added Buyer's Premium. All invoices will come from invaluable/auctionzipauctions.
We will contact you about your winning bid within 5 days from the end of the auction. To pay with credit card, please call Diane at 501-766-0589.

On line bidders/buyers will pay a 5% "convenience fee" for using Auctionzip live bidding or E-bay Live. This fee is added to your total purchase.

Shipping Terms
Shipping and Delivery
Some small items will be wrapped & boxed at our facility for a minimum handling fee of $5. Multiple purchases may be boxed together in a big box for the $5 minimum per item box. Remember that many things like multiple lots of coins, china, jewelry, cast iron items & glass can weigh a lot. We package items to arrive safely, not necessarily the cheapest way. We ship through the Post Office and Fedex.
INSURANCE IS REQUIRED ON ALL SHIPMENTS. Damage claims should be made with the the carrier. Save the packing for your claim!
You can pick up items at our facility, but a pickup time must be arranged first - at least a 1 day notice please. There are no additional costs if you are picking up goods. No items will be released until paid in full. You must show a paid receipt before items will be released.
If you arrange your own freight we will not accept responsibility for goods once they have been collected by a third party.
All items are sold in AS-IS condition. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL regardless of the bidding platform that you use. Please view the photos and description of the item before bidding, or contact Auction Company for more info.
If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve any issue.
Pinnacle Auction is not responsible for any delays regarding deliveries. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to have the correct address & contact info on file. We will provide assistance in following up status of deliveries but we will not be held responsible for third party handling. Any item not picked up or shipping arrangements made within 10 working days after the auction will be resold for storage fees regardless of payment status. Sales Tax
Out of state buyers do not pay Arkansas Sales Tax. If you are an Arkansas Resident and are not tax exempt, you will be charged sales tax. Bring us a copy of your tax exemption for our records.
Condition of lots
The condition, to the best of our knowledge, is included in the description. We do our best to disclose any flaws in the merchandise offered. Many collectibles have manufacture flaws and we try to include these flaws in our description. However, every lot is "as is - where is". DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT 100% CONFIDENT OF THE ITEM!
