All items are sold AS IS; if you have questions on the condition of an item feel free to call us at 702-453-5004. There will be no refunds, exchanges, and NO EXCEPTIONS!!! The items we guarantee are gold (10k, 14k, 18k etc.), silver (.925, and .999; additionally if an item is NOT silver or gold in the description it will state SILVER PLATED, OR GOLD PLATED) We DO NOT guarantee gemstones

Premium

There is a 16% premium on top of taxes and your bid.

Contract

You will be expected to pay for the shipping of your items. You are also responsible for paying the items in full the Monday following auction day. Your bid DOES NOT include tax or buyer's premium. By bidding, you are entering into a contract and agree to pay for your items, including applicable taxes, live fees and buyer's premium.

AS IS

All items are sold AS IS. No refunds, exchanges, IF AUCTIONEER MISREPRESENTED THE ITEM. REFUND WILL BE GIVING AT AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION, EXAMPLE 1888 MORGAN DOLLAR, ITEM YOU RECIEVED WAS A 1891 MORGAN DOLLAR.

Payment

Shipping

You are responsible for shipping PAYMENT. However, the auction house will ship items for you. We will combine shipping to the best of our ability and charge you accordingly. WE WILL NOT SHIP FURNITURE, TABLE LOTS , ROLLING TOOL BOXES, EXTREMELY FRAGILE, LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS, FRAMED ARTWORK. IF YOU WIN A LOT THAT WE CANNOT SHIP, WE CAN GIVE YOU THE NUMBER OF A LOCAL SHIPPING COMPANY. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS, INCLUDING SHIPPER PICKUP AND PAYMENT. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IF AN ITEM IS OR IS NOT SHIPPABLE, PLEASE CALL US (702-453-5004) BEFORE THE AUCTION STARTS.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DEEM WHAT ITEMS ARE SHIPPABLE BY MCMANUS AUCTIONS AND THOSE THAT ARE THE SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNING BIDDER.
WE DO NOT SHIP OUT OF THE UNITED STATES. We will not issue a refund due to shipping cost. You will have 1 week to arrange shipping. After 1 week the items will be returned to the auctions house and NO refund will be given. We only ship to the address in AuctionZip. It is the bidders responsibility to keep the address current! We are not responsible for a package after it is marked delivered. GUN SHIPMENT- guns can only be mailed to a gun dealer after we receive a copy of their FFL. It is the bidders responsibility to get FFL and to know the laws in their state. If we do not receive a FFL to ship a weapon a 50% restocking fee will apply. We will not issue a refund due to bidder not being able to past background check or own the weapon in their state.
