Conditions of Sale

We have endeavored to describe correctly the property to be sold. All property is sold "as is" and all sales are final. We shall in no event be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of said property. No statement made orally or printed at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed to be such warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition and to bid accordingly as they deem fit. Items that are purchased MUST be picked up within 30 days, unless we are contacted and others arrangements are made. We will either resell the items or dispose of them properly.

Payment

There will be a 10% fee when paying with a credit card. If you have a bad credit card please don't bother bidding. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file after 4 days.

Shipping

Items can be shipped at the buyers expense. We will not ship furniture, large items or items we choose best not to ship. We also have the right to not ship items at our discretion for any reason.

Buyer's Premium

There is a 10% buyers premium which we charge. Auction Zip and Ebay have an additional buyers premium of 5%.

Condition of items

The items sold are often of considerable age and will exhibit wear, usage and damage often not listed in the description or shown in the picture. The absence of condition remarks does NOT mean the item is in perfect condition. Please note that Garnavillo Auction will provide our opinion of the condition of items offered for sale upon request. This service is provided for guidance only, without legal obligation. All lots are sold AS IS and there will be no returns based on condition! If you the buyer has not examined the property to your satisfaction before the sale, we recommend that you not bid on that item. If bids between online bidders end in a tie the bid will be awarded to the in house bidder. All items must be picked up within 1 month unless other arrangements have been made! After this time, all items will be resold and no refunds will be given!
