A 23% Buyer's Premium, (3% discount for cash/check sales), will be added to the hammer price of each item or lot. This INCLUDES the 5% online fee charged by AuctionZip.

Catamount Auction Co., LLC nor its consignor(s) guarantee any condition, genuineness, provenance or authenticity of any lot.
All descriptions and/or information given by phone or internet are strictly an opinion of Catamount Auction Co., LLC and/or its employees & should not be treated as a guarantee of any sort (either written or expressed). All weights & measurements provided are approximate.

All lots have a limited guarantee as to, genuineness, provenance & authenticity.
Steps:
After receiving the purchase (based on tracking information), purchaser has 7 days to report any issues arising as to condition, genuineness, provenance & authenticity to Catamount Auction Co., LLC, either verbally or in writing.
Catamount Auction Co., LLC will then require, within 30 days of receiving package (based on tracking information), of the following for any & all returns or refunds:
1. Two (2) written statements from nationally known experts that are deemed acceptable by Catamount Auction Co., LLC at the purchaser's expense,
2. Item must be returned to Catamount Auction Co., LLC in the same condition as when it was sold by Catamount Auction Co., LLC, and
3. Catamount Auction Co., LLC or the consignor may then acquire a statement of opinion by a third expert at Catamount Auction Co., LLC or the consignor's expense
Catamount Auction Co., LLC nor its consignor(s) will be held responsible for any lot(s) or item(s) as to its condition, genuineness, provenance or authenticity after 30 days from the date of the sale & all sales will be final. Catamount Auction Co., LLC will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
Payment
A 18% Buyer's Premium (3% discount for cash/check sales), will be added to the hammer price of each item or lot. For on-line bidding, a 5% online fee will be added to the hammer price of each item or lot (23% Online Buyers Premium).

On receiving Invoice - Payment is expect within 7 days. We will attempted to contact you twice via email & phone. If we have not had any response after 14 days, the sale will be considered 'unpaid', the sale will be null & void, and AuctionZip will be notified.
Shipping Terms
All shipping is facilitated as a courtesy to our clients, using either USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Catamount Auction Co. Shipping & handling charges will be added to invoices. Please allow 2-3 WEEKS for shipping upon full receipt of payment. Purchaser is responsible for any & all costs of shipping (i.e. labor, materials, insurance, actual shipping costs, etc.). All insurance on shipped items is through the shipper/carrier. Catamount Auction Co., LLC is not responsible for any damages, loss, delays in shipping, etc. once delivered or received by the shipper. All claims must be made to the shipper or carrier used for shipping. Catamount Auction Co., LLC will assist in placing a claim but assumes no responsibility for payment or denial of payment of claims.
Any preference of shipper/carrier should be stated at the time of payment, along with any other special shipping instructions and/or requests by the purchaser. Shipping is handled in the order in which payment is received (first paid, first out basis). Items may be picked up by appointment. Catamount Auction Co., LLC, its auctioneers, or its employees will not be liable for any injury, damage or loss incurred in conjunction with this sale. Any items left at Catamount Auction Co., LLC or its premises after the sale date will be left solely at the risk & responsibility of the purchaser. Catamount Auction Co., LLC will assume no liability for theft, damage or loss of any items.
HANDLING FEE: All shipments will have a handling fee added to the cost of shipping. This includes, but is not limited to, labor, packing material, transport, etc.

*Padded flat rate envelope: $8.40 + $2.00 handling fee - Coins & Currency, Comic Books, Smalls
*Small flat rate box: $8.30 + $2.00 handling fee - Coins & Currency, Smalls
*Medium flat rate box (top/side loading): $15.05 + $3.00 handling fee - Military Items, Tools, Parts, Baseball Card Lots, Smalls & Mediums
*Large flat rate box (top/side loading): $21.20 + $4.00 hanlding fee - Military Items, Kitchen Items, Medium Large Items, Etc
*Priority Mail: Shipping Cost + $4.00 handling fee - Items to Large to fit in Flat Rate Boxes (Based on Weight, Dimensions, Location)
*FedEx: Shipping Cost + $5.00 handling fee - Items to Large to fit in Flat Rate Boxes (Based on Weight, Dimensions, Location)
Combined shipping is an option - but at Catamount Auction Co.'s discretion. Any shipping or handling fees are non-negotiable. PLEASE, be aware of these added expenses when placing your bids.
Sales Tax
Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% will be charged to any purchase that is shipped within the state of Massachusetts (unless a tax identification number is on file).

Any bidding on items means you are in compliance & acceptance of the terms of sale as stated herein. The bidder assumes all responsibility of the terms stated upon bidding, including all terms & announcements made at the time of the sale, whether bidding through a representative, by absentee, phone or internet bidding, and is responsible for all costs upon a successful bid as stated above. We strongly urge you not to bid if you do not agree to the terms & conditions stated above. Any legal disputes arising from this auction shall be settled in the State of Massachusetts in the courts of Franklin County.
Condition reports may only be provided up to 48 Hours prior to the sale.
