Terms and Conditions
All winning bids will be invoiced within 48 hours after the auction and shipped within 72 hours of payment .All items are sold as is where is without warranty or guarantee of any kind. If you should have questions, please ask before you bid. Please ask questions by emailing [email protected] at least 4 hours before the auction begins. Questions will not be answered during the auction.
TScollectibles is not responsible for the condition of the items sold. Cards are not graded by auctioneer. Please make your own judgment to condition and grade of any item. Again, please ask questions before you bid. We will not accept returns.
Payment Information
Payments will be paid thru PayPal unless you set something else up with us Check/Wire etc.
All items must be paid within 48 hours after auction has ended. Ohio bidders will be charged sales tax
Contract
By placing a bid you are entering a legal and binding contract. Non paying bidders will be added to the No Bid List.
Payment
All items must be paid within 72 hours after the auction has ended thru PayPal. You will receive an invoice within 48 hours after the auction has ended. Would accept a wire or check with prior approval.
Shipping Terms
Shipping will be $8.00 per order as lots will be combined, and will be shipped within 72 hours after payment.
Taxes
Ohio residents will be charged sales tax
