Conditions of Sale

All sales are final, no returns. Items come from a smoke and pet free environment. Credit card charge backs are not allowed. When you sign up to bid you are signing up under these conditions set forth, including the Purchase Price, Shipping, Buyer's Premium, Taxes, Payment & Terms of Sale section of this contract. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.

Taxes

Paypal, credit cards through AZ payment system or money order are accepted forms of payment, due upon invoice receipt. An invoice will include shipping address if paying via USPS money order.

For large purchases an invoice for total of merchandise cost will be sent first and payment is due upon invoice receipt. The shipping costs will be sent once items are packaged and ready to ship. I do not package large shipments until merchandise is paid for.

Buyers Premium & Taxes

15% buyers premium is included on all invoices. 8% sales tax will apply to Washington buyers.

Shipping

All shipping/handling costs are included on your invoice. Shipping is by USPS or UPS within 5 days of receiving payment.

Shopwithme combines orders to save on shipping costs. Magazines and Comics can not be shipped by media mail. They are shipped in USPS flat rate envelopes and/or boxes to save customers on shipping costs, or by parcel post. All other items sold are packaged, weighed and shipped to give accurate shipping costs.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED ITEMS DUE TO SHIPPING. If an item is broken in delivery please use the mailing label and contact your local UPS or post office to file your claim online

When two auctions are run on two consecutive days those lots sold to the same buyer will be packaged together and one invoice will be sent for both auctions. Invoices are sent after all items are packaged and weighed. Shopwithme does all the packaging, it is not done by a 3rd party. This saves the buyer money on shipping costs.

Condition

All items are sold "as is." Descriptions of items being sold are done according to how Shopwithme sees each individual item. See all photos and bid accordingly.

Contract

You are signing up to bid with Shopwithme timed auctions and all conditions set forth is considered a binding contract. Any buyers who do not pay their invoice upon receiving the invoice will not be allowed to bid on Shopwithme auctions and will be reported to AuctionZip, plus negative feedback will be left. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Email Shopwithme if you can not pay the day you receive your invoice, just let me know when payment will be made by emailing me at [email protected].
