Conditions of Sale

All items are sold as is with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final. No returns accepted. Please read the description of an item and ask any questions prior to placing a bid.

Buyers will receive one invoice which includes the sale price, buyer's premium, and shipping. Payment is due with 48 hours of the end of the auction.

Amazing Finds DOES NOT charge a per lot handling fee, and we do our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum. We will not make our profit from overcharging on shipping.

Credit Cards

If payment is not received within (2) days of the end of the sale, the credit card you have on file will be charged on the 3rd day without notice for the entire amount due on your invoice.

Payment Terms

PLEASE NOTE-If payment is not received within (2) days of the end of the sale, the credit card you have on file WILL be charged without notice on the 3rd day for the total amount due on your invoice.

We ship as soon as possible after receiving your payment, but please note that at times it may take as long as 15 days to process, pull, package, and mail your order. If this time frame is not acceptable, please do not bid.

Buyer's Premium Terms

Amazing Finds auctions will have a 20% buyer's premium, unless otherwise noted. 5% of this buyer's premium is charged by AuctionZip.

State Sales Tax Terms

Buyers in Texas will pay 8.25% State sales tax.
